Day off activities

Several Canadian families (Giblon, Doknjas, Bellissimo, Cao, Song) went to Petralona to see the famous caves with stalactites and stalacmites, where human remains were found dating back 250,000 to 750,000 years.
- Andrew Giblon and Victoria Jung-Doknjas

At a nearby village.

In front of the cave entrance (photos not allowed inside the cave).

Replica skulls displayed at the cave's museum.

In the cave museum - note the replica in the background of a human skeleton found on this site, as well as a human skull found embeeded in the wall, just above and to the left of the skeleton.

More museum displays.
